Hi, I accidentally sent my primal essences from Alprazolam-Windrunner to Norinesong-Drakkari who is on an inactive account. It does not show up on the mail recovery list but I believe if someone logs onto that alt for me it is possible to send it back. Any efforts are much appreciated as I would like to spend them today.
You should be able to use the web based return mail service to pull the mail back to the sender.

I have tried this 5 or 6 times and it says neither character has any mail, seems to be a bug.
Solved, my ticket was answered in record time and they sent it back from the inactive account, thanks!
