I have read every thread on this topic but nothing is working.
This specific character has -
Unread mail from: Usuri Brightcoin
At least that’s what the icon in my small radar says. But there is no mail in my mailbox and I am trying to delete this toon. I have tried everything. UI refresh. UI reinstall. Removed all add ons. Checked ignore list. It is still there.
This NPC handles currency changes, like converting unused currency to gold. If you haven’t logged into this character in a while and jump in game with a deprecated currency then she’ll email you gold for it.
Looking at your character, it does look like they have a currency exchange message pending in their mailbox. I also logged into the character from a clean game client and saw the mail in your character’s mailbox.
I’m not sure what steps you took to reset/uninstall your addons but I’d follow these steps just to be sure:
Thank you for looking into this so quick. I still can’t see it. No clue why. I have done everything you suggested. I am totally baffled. Is it possible for you just to delete it for me?
It may be due to your pending subscription payment - something I didn’t check before! You may still be under Starter Account restrictions so you can’t chat/or get mail. But it should be claimed now.
Ahhh that has got to be it. Very well done. It was driving me NUTS! I’m sure that’s it.

Actually its for my character Kormar…
Kormar has a bit of gold from currency conversion. This is considered an NPC mail - but I didn’t think it had a delay on it. I’d just keep rechecking periodically after full relogs - both game and launcher.
Also, usually better to make a fresh thread than pick up one that is 11 months old.
