Hi, my mailbox has been clear (as in read) but then it become grey and cant be delete. Can someone help me clear it? Thank you in advance. =)

Check your mailbox again, see if that cleared it.

I’m hijacking this as I have the exact same issue and have been waiting on a ticket for a week.

I have three sold auction house mails with no attachments that can’t be deleted.
It looks like you may have had more than 3 mail in your mailbox at the time and without any specification as to which ones you were referring to, the Game Master wanted more information before trying to guess at which ones were the problem.
The best I can do it delete them. You should be set.

Having the same issue, opened a ticket yesterday but haven’t received a response as of yet.
been waiting 9-10 days on my ticket with the same problem. all i get is the usual delete your wtf-cache-interface folder which i already did and then another 2-4 days without answers before another “automated” useless message
Are you reopening an existing ticket or do you need to create a new one? If you are creating a new one, reference one of the old ticket numbers and that the self-help options do not resolve your issue.

Not a single one of your replies has been automated, Isellmogs. Each of the Game Masters, who provide names in their greetings as an indication that they are people, have been trying to troubleshoot your issue.
Part of the issue, Isellmogs, is you have around 700 pieces of mail in your in-box, so it is near impossible to tell which mail you are indicating, unless you are indicating that every single piece of mail in your in-box is giving you an error?
At the moment, we do not have any known issues around mail and an inability to delete items from the mailbox. Reporting this as a bug, preferably in the Bug Report forum, would allow our QA staff to look into the issue. Details would be extremely helpful, like which piece(s) of mail are you having trouble?
In your ticket you mentioned you already reset your UI, but definitely mention that you have done so, just to eliminate it as a factor.

No not every single one of them but 99 out of the 100 that can be displayed i’am unable to delete. can you guys see which mail in there have an item in ? if you can all of the mail that cant be deleted have been emptied of their exipred auction item.

Generally, yes. However, currently, it looks like all of your mail either has items attached or gold. I don’t see anything in there that doesn’t have something listed.
Can you give me some of the titles of the mail that you cannot delete? That might help narrow down which bits of mail are the problem, allowing us to look into it a bit more.
Yes, with the long response times most Game Masters generally try to provide some reasoning as to why. They create a template as part of their answer, templates also include things like the basis of their greeting and their farewell, so they don’t have to type it out each time.

if i update my ticket with pictures of every problematic mail would you be able to see them and would that help you ?

Edit: Are you able to delete any of the other mail? You have a lot, and it might make it easier to clear all of the others that aren’t bugged out.

theres only 1 mail in there at the moment i can get the item and delete the mail afterwards
