If you look at the datamined new skin tones for Orcs in Shadowlands all of them show the green fading in their limbs to regular brown/grey orc skin tones. The blood wore off long ago and now even the corruption is starting to fade.

the control they had over the orcs was gone but they never said the blood rage was gone and look at the orcs racial in game still.

The blood rage wasn’t a product of the demon blood. That’s why Mag’har can do it as well (canonically). When we first encountered Dranosh Saurfang in BC, it was shortly after he got out of a blood rage.
In Durotan’s Lords of War cinematic, Maraad describes him going into a blood rage as a child (well before the Legion got to Draenor) and emphasizes that all Orcs are capable of it no matter how reasonable or controlled they seem. Also of note, neither version of Durotan ever drank the blood.
Hard to take someone down if all they do is run away.
Im mean who cares because in game they are equals in a duel, might as well pick the cooler looking one. That would be the Mag’har of course.
