The druid forms are the only reason I care personally. When you only have around 20-30 customization options for druid forms, rather than the hundreds that are available for weapons, those missing 4 are much more impactful, especially the werebear form that was completely unique. At least they have added new werebear forms so the sting isn’t quite as bad now.

I love my druid forms and it’s such a shame that nobody else can get them just because they missed that window of time. It feels like it’s designed more to punish folks for being new or returning than it is a reward for playing then, at least from my PoV.
I’m glad that was one of the times I had enough free time to play this.

What does that have to do with the MT appearances not being obtainable? I mean yes its stupid but has nothing to do with the subject or your rant.
They can get the felbear which is the same model as the hulk bear already. They can also get the new hulkbear appearance
If mage tower skins are obtainable my issue is solved since I can just do it again on my future characters which is easier then leveling an old character. And even if you intentionally discounted them I’m insisting its too large of a chunk of the total weapon appearances of the expansion to ignore, especially since anyone who didn’t play legion missed the recolors too by ignoring them you weaken your own argument.
$10 says Blizzard will reintroduce the appearances as multi-million gold crafting recipes that use a different name but same appearance.
i have Druid skins and i think every one should be brought back and be obtainable somehow.

I really wanted grove warden than found out I couldn’t get it because it was locked behind aotc after I came back in legion. Also kind of wish since I got 1 of the mage tower skins by far the worst one that being fire mage I could unlock the rest of that classes since I already beat one of them.

Honestly, as much as I want the MT weapon appearances to be back, this is really my biggest pain point. I can go to my mount journal and see the Violet Spellwing, why? It’s not longer available. Having unobtainable druid forms in the Barbershop and unobtainable mounts in the mount journal honestly sucks. Mostly because nothing in game tells you these appearances/mounts/etc are no longer obtainable.
I don’t like having to go to Google to find out if something the game is showing me is something I can actually have or not. To my knowledge you can’t even see any of the other MT weapon appearances, only the guardian and feral druid because they’re forms shown in the Barbershop. If you go to the crucible in your order hall that shows all the appearances for your artifact weapon, except for the hidden appearances, it doesn’t even let you look at the MT appearance. The boxes are completely grayed out with an X over them, and if you hover the cursor over the boxes it tells you they’re no longer available, which I appreciate.

They really need to fix that. I’m fine with limited time items but getting people’s hope’s up is just mean.

No, I don’t have to agree with that at all. There are plenty of other appearances, including other artifact skins. It’s okay not to have everything. It’s okay if some things are not obtainable anymore.
Instead of putting in old rewards that people knew was going to be removed, put in new rewards.

I whole heartedly agree. They still have the Shadowlands KSM mounts in there. They poof the Elite PvP sets when the season ends, why can’t they do this with the mounts? Why can’t they do this with the druid forms in the barbershop? It’s giving me false hope to see those forms at my barbershop and heartache knowing I cannot get them anymore. Remove them blizz!
Edit: Also lets remove the blizzcon/collectors edition/World Wide Invitational pets from the battle pet window if people don’t have them.

What’s funny is both the Swift Zulian Tiger and Mighty Caravan Brutosaur are not shown in the mount journal despite both technically being available from the Black Market Auction House, but all these things that no one can get anymore if they didn’t play when they were originally available are kept in for some reason.

YOU SEE there is one wrong thing about this what about the rare new person they didn’t know it was going to be gone and yet they were punished for not playing during that time. I have some of the challenge mode stuff so i personally could care less if they reimplemented it the only things that in reality should be prema removed are elite sets, aotc mounts, and challenge mode gear since challenge mode gear was obviously the elite sets and items of pve which idk why they don’t bring challenge mode back id gladly do a quick challenge mode gold run to earn everything. Other than that blizzard already went back on their word of it being limited time with the werebear form for druids and bringing mt back. That was a exclusive druid form not meant to come back and be special for people who beat it than they go back on their word and re-introduced it with the mt which they also said wasn’t going to come back and gave everyone a fel version which is better than the original and on top of that the rare form has a even newer form now, they have gone back on their word over and over and also whats stopping them from making alternate versions of the weapons I get the older people which let’s be honest is half the people on the forums love your exclusive items which half the people in here got on atleast one alt, but you can’t go back on your word after saying over and over something will be perma gone than bring it back anyway. Lastly, they made a new version of the werebear what’s stopping them from also making new versions of the other weapons they clearly can do it if they spent the time to make the fel bear. oh yea and one more thing people saying it was a seasonl thing no it wasn’t the mage tower was a expasion feature ik the expansion ended and all but why take the mt out in the first place it’s one of the main features from the expasion i get we traded our artifacts to save azeroth but we still have the artifacts the mt was never seasonal and should have never been removed to begin with. I was also reminded that the items for tcg like the grphyon and other ghost mount were also never supposed to be obtainable again yet look whats on the trading post.

- The Fel bear is not better, that is your opinion
- they explained why only the werebear form was bought back - it is unique, none of the others are unique, they are a dagger, staff, shield etc
- Making new versions is not the same as bringing back the mage tower items - now you are moving the goal posts.
- I don’t have all these removed things, I’m just not so entitled I think everything should be catered to me.
- Those were promotional items, not challenge rewards.
- Paragraphs are your friend, don’t be afraid to use them.
1: All those items are unique the ashbringer unique the outlaw sabers unique they are artifacts doesn’t matter what type of weapon it is unique. We have no other weapons that look like any of these weapons, so they are all unique. And if you wanna argue cursed ashbringer that’s a completely different version that only the old of old have and its off-brand version in sl doesn’t count ether since we can’t even obtain that one.

Same as the mage tower skins need to be brought back into the game even though they were gone for years, now they easily can re implement them into the mage tower challenge considering that the challenges are not as ez as they were in legion endgame.
5: All tcg items just because they are promotional doesn’t mean it’s not the same boat, they stopped production and announced they would so to grab those things now since they would no longer be made so making them unobtainable irl. it’s the same thing except you spent money now they released these unobtainable things with twitch and the trading post so many unobtainable things unless you want to cash out 2k for some pixels that some Degen old man hoarded because he thought they were rare and prestigious in game and people sought after them, so he bought them out before they stopped production. these same people who hoarded those are the same people against reiterating the old skins back. They already have ruined countless times what is prestigious when it comes to stuff in game because you can buy a literal boost for anything in this game. Hey, you want gladiator or your elite set gimme gold cap or 800 bucks, want your mythic kill of the new raid and aotc gimme 1000 dollars want keystone master gimme that money. Nothing in wow is prestigious never has been people even bought pilots for the mage tower challenges and challenge mode back then so for the argument of prestige that has been gone ages ago.
