this isnt one of these “subverting expectations” things where Bulwark is technically better on Prot Paladins than Prot Warriors for the Nature of what they are asked to tank and how they are asked to tank.
Skull just isnt useful to Prot Paladins
It is their highest threat trinket in the game regardless
Both mages and locks are braindead classes. You both just spam 1 button.
There, fixed that for you. Arcane is actually one of the more complicated specs to play at a high level.

Im not saying locks are hard…but mages arent hard either.
Not in my raids. Mages and Warlocks are both at the top. With Skull, Warlock damage goes up too.
I think the better player should get Skull within reason. Mages already have a plethora of powerful trinkets, whereas Warlocks are kind of stuck.
