Are any other mages feeling unlucky with their missile barrage procs ever since the maintenance on Tuesday which broke our casting bar? Maybe I’m superstitious but ever since Tuesday I’ve getting 0 procs after 10 blasts on multiple occasions and this has never happened to me before. I can spam blast during my AP window with lust without getting a single proc.

The data is publicly available.
Pull up mage logs and see how there doing. Don’t jsut look at top logs from the week but some mid tier and see if it looks odd vs the expected if it dose gather a larger sample size and see how it is looking vs the expected.
Why go by feel when the info is right there and the exact reason we collect the info as blizzard has stealth nerfed or just screwed stuff up a lot in the past.
Wouldnt be surprised. Shadowpriests can barely play the game right now because they broke mind flay with the tuesday fix.
Proc rate is fine for me, 40% while high also means that it doesn’t proc 60% of the time.
While yes there have been times where I cast 10 times without a proc I’ve also had times where I get procs one after the other. It’s just RNG being RNG.

I can’t say. But I had like 15 AB in a row without a proc on Tue doing VOA25, it was nuts! never even come close to that. Granted I was burning AB on purpose anyway and would have ignored the proc, but still…I could anecdotally say yes, something was weird there. Just in VOA though, we raid friday nights. Behaving normally in world pve and in dungeons.
For this reason:
I too feel the missile barrage rate is completely changed at many times during my gameplay since Tuesday, except during raids. It feels completely fine there.
it definitely felt like it was proccing less often during my Naxx Raid last night, but it’s just anecdotal so who knows.
