I’m going to be playing Frost and Arcane for 9.1 on my mage, along with both MM and BM if BM competes at all with MM, and Shadow Priest 100%. Previous CE experience. Better than my Mythic Logs

Ilterendi is a Mythic Cutting Edge Guild that only raids six hours a week.

Our guild is composed of experienced leadership. We have a strong core of positive and competitive players. We have an active community of Mythic+ runners and we also do some PvP/Arena/BGs.

Mentality:

While there are many guilds who progress quicker than us and put more emphasis on Server or World Rankings (and have a corresponding raid environment), our emphasis is not on pushing rankings or competing with other guilds but just obtaining Cutting Edge in reasonable time. We maintain a relaxed but focused raid environment and aim for a stable core.

Our objective is to Progress quickly while maintaining an excellent raid atmosphere.

Our raiders have significant experience in raiding Cutting Edge. In Castle Nathria we were 8/10M (9th boss to 4%) before leadership decided they wanted to turn the guild into a weekday guild as opposed to a weekend guild. We stopped our progression to rebuild the roster for 9.1. The core of our guild subsequently obtained Cutting Edge in Castle. We are looking for players who are constantly looking for ways to improve and can take constructive criticism/suggestions.

We like to have a relaxed atmosphere, but also desire to focus during progression.

Requirements:

If you have a negative/argumentative attitude or are not performing well and fail to show improvement you may be sat for progression.

Be on time, prepared, and ready to pull at 6:45 PM.
We expect our raiders to optimize their characters (gems, enchants, ect.).
There is no toxicity or drama in Ilterendi, period. This is non-negotiable
