Machine Translated Ticket Response?

Hello,

I had a ticket open and when i got a response it said the following

“Please note that this message has been machine translated and may contain errors. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.”

Could someone explain what this means and why im seeing it on my response my main language is english and i live in a english speaking country.

There are two region of GMs - one in the NA and UK, they tend to help one another when the other is off the clock. Not all of them are able to speak English as their main language.
