If I am remembering it right, M+10 is an M+20 right now. And it’s just the 3rd week of the Season.
Looks normal to me.
On me as Casual, it took me roughly like 8 to 10 weeks to get to 1000 M Rating. I got 1391 M Score on first week just by doing M+2’s… but if I am remembering it right M+2’s now are M+12’s.
Too many people asking for solo play, but not this solo play.
We want a solo raid, not a solo last boss. We want solo dungeons, but hot damn WTH is this? We want M0 and maybe, if they do it right, M+ solo play. We want a way for a solo player to be able to gear up, level up, farm things that have been out of touch forever.
I’ve said it a hundred times before, we want to be able to finish a season, even if it is in the last week of the season, at an acceptable iLVL that puts us in a good position for the next season. I suppose 619 is a good start, but it’s basically 100% delves. We want more, and we don’t care if it takes us the entire season, we want to be able to participate in all the content, see all the dungeons, see how high we can push ourselves in keys, see the entire raid, all the mechanics, a chance to get the mounts.
But we are not asking for it on a silver platter, slow and steady is fine, some of us want to put in the time, but there is no way for us to do it unless we group, and for many that means pugging, and for those who only DPS or play one of the four DPS only classes, that means we have minimal chance.
No groups to help get raid clears means no chance to get invited into raid groups.
No groups to help get an M+ rating means almost no chance to build your own key levels.
So 619 from delves is all those players will get for now, and that’s sad.

The tuning seems correct. Deaths are just way more punishing and realistically 1 group wipe is a bricked key

Indeed. They probably did a search, saw one key listed and ran straight to the forums. Keys are constantly being listed and delisted.

I think I want it how it is right now.
Look at Normal and Heroic on its first weeks. They were facerolled like they’re nothing. Do I want the same thing on Mythic+? Nope. It’s good to see people getting wrecked.
No enchant or cheap enchants, no flasks, no mana oil, no potions on bosses, no food buff, if there is food buff, it goes away when they die… has to be Hearty food or feast, no gems, and especially lack of gear. It’s just the 3rd week. Only 2 weeks of 619 loots? Then many dont have 4 piece Set bonus? Enchants and flasks/pots have 3-stars and players dont have any? Zero? There’s many factors why Mythic+ is hard. Find competent players who has all the right buffs, Mythic+ is okay on them.
No need to fear, your precious +2s are safe from the grubby hands of the masses.

But why do you want solo versions of raids and dungeons, content that is specifically and explicitly designed around group play?
It’s like asking to be able to play football by yourself. 
The only things that are out of reach forever are the AotC and CE achievements, whose only reward is a title. Everything else is farmable eventually.
What does this even mean? WoW isn’t like most single-player games where there is a definite end to the game.
I’m sorry to say this, but the only person stopping you from doing any of this is you.
I sympathize that pugging can be very hit or miss and making friends / finding a like-minded guild can be difficult; I’ve had issues with these same things myself, so I understand the struggle.
But the solution is either: push through and put the effort into doing group content any way you can, or wait (and advocate) for Blizzard to improve players’ ability to socialize.
Turning group play into solo play with AI companions is ultimately a self-defeating dead-end.
