You are the one bringing up these terms and using them incorrectly. Stop back pedaling and calling it splitting hairs when they have different terms for a reason.

You’re literally arguing technicalities and missing the bigger picture for the sake of arguing.
What do you define leaking down as? Because based on the data you gave, I’d say that it shows the top does leak down. Several of the specs in the meta comp are some of the most played at lower brackets and several of the top five dps in high keys are also some of the most played at lower brackets. Obviously, lower brackets do not completely mirror the top because some of the specs played at the top don’t get to fully utilize their value at lower brackets.
