I looted this trinket last night https://www.wowhead.com/item=109997/kihras-adrenaline-injector?bonus=6710 from the iron docks on a +15. It dropped as 282 item level. The agility seems really low, so I am not sure if this was just missed or bugged. The trinket only has 87 agility at 282 ilvl which seems extremely low when compared to other trinkets from season 3 that has 125 agility at 278 ilvl.
