M+ changes in DF are bad

They don’t know the mythic+ community very well if they think they want difficulty. People don’t even run lower Kara anymore lol.

Here’s an example gnome. Did a 15 and 23 with regular good players and world top 200 players, respectively. I did the same dps about 18k in both. But the people I was grouped with for the 23 are so good that it felt the same. It really felt like a 15.

Be picky, y’all! (In push keys, don’t be that guy who declines six tanks for a 7).

yeah thats actually unreal… now instead of sporadically having anti-melee weeks, now every week will be an anti-melee week in season one DF

You think maybe thats because M+ is not actually as popular as people like to think it is, and most people are just doing it because its the best way to gear not becuase its enjoyable?

15s drop the same EoD loot as they do now.

Why are you complaining of EXTRA ilvl ?

Giving you the same gear as before, but giving people that go higher in difficulty more gear, is a bad change ?

Your same loot is right there in +16. The same loot you had in SL. Right there. +16. Not +20.

Blows my mind how people are misrepresenting this. Like it’s gotta be trolling. Blizzard literally gives people what they asked, more gear progression from M+, and people troll the crap out of it, pretending it’s a loot nerf.

I think they’re trying to purposely kill off mythic+. Once the casual playerbase stops participating they’ll just scrap the whole thing and say oh well.

Every change they do is “killing off m+” because Group A welcomes every nerf, Group B opposes it.

Yes. I don’t see the issue of gear rewards ending at a place where the masses will not achieve.

+20 is still the anyone can do it category imo.

Good, its a bad system. It promotes lazy development.

M+ Under its original intent was a great idea, an alternative gearing method meant for people who did not have time to raid to still be able to get into decent gear. It turned into blizzards lazy excuse for content by simply going “Hey hope you enjoy doing these 8 dungeons for the entire exp and then getting the exact same items over and over agian but just with a higher number of it, isnt it fun to do the same thing for over a year and we call it content?”

Maybe blizzard will now actually start making more content patches that have actual new content in them. Things like ToT, Timeless Isle, Mecogon, argus (despite not being a big fan of it.)

But it’s ending at the same place if you don’t want to push further. You get the same loot from a 16 in DF that you got from a 15.

Korthia was trash, an ZM was good, but because of M+ became worthless to do very quickly.

Maybe that’s a you problem.

M+ never took away from new zones in content patch. We got new zones same as before with pretty much every content patch since M+ was introduced.

Sure it did, half the point of ZM was to provide gear but its all pointless by the time you do mid level M+ so it was catch up gear for what exactly? when you could do M+ and be done with it.

M+ as its original intention was meant, an alternative gearing method for people who could not do raid, is a fine idea. But blizzard leaned into it and its the premo gearing method to the point that raiding is kinda pointless any more until you do heroic raiding and even then.

Sorry man, doing the exact same dungeon from launch to finish is not good content. its lazy.

Idk, both Korthia and ZM weren’t useful for gear. It’s stuff like conduits and sockets or was. ZM just had unity.
