I just bought the base edition of the new expansion but the lvl 70 boost is nowhere to be found

Probably just a refresh issue, I’d given it a bit to process and check when you log in anew.

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for all bits and pieces to arrive. Hopefully it won’t be quite that long, but seconding Kozzae. Just need to give it a bit to process, and it never hurts to close/log out and come back in to see if it just needed that kick in the rear.

Yeah, oddly I just bought 3 copies (3 wow accounts under 1 battle.net account).
1 x Epic - Went through just fine, got tendies, got 70 boost, got all mounts/pets/toys/etc.
2 x Base - 1 Went through just fine, got the tendies and 70 boost. The other one no sign of the boost or tendies (I should be getting an extra 2000, I got 1500).
Oddly, they all 3 show up as The War Within in the Launcher.
Anxiously awaiting the 3rd one to come through (it was the last one I bought), but I would be lying if I didn’t say I’m worried that something went wrong.
Oddly my wife’s 3 accounts and my son’s acount which I did after this had no issues. It’s just my 1 account that’s having the issue.
I refunded my purchase because it has yet to show up. I don’t understand why it didn’t show up!
I’m giving it until tomorrow morning before I have a full blown panic attack.

Because it can take up to 24 hours to arrive even just when it’s the standalone boost. With all of these mass purchases being made, things can get hung up in the system. There may be delays. Also, did you shut down and reboot your launcher and game from scratch in the time you were waiting?

Wait, when I went to the trading post, I looted the box and only got 1500. I was just thinking, that would be the 500 for the month of November (haven’t touched it yet, the other 500 will come when I finish the month) plus the 1000 for the epic edition. Should I get 2000 since I bought 1 epic (1000) and 2 base editions (500 each)? Or do I only get the 1000 for the epic edition?
Honestly, I have no clue. This all was just announced a few hours ago, and these forums aren’t staffed 24/7 by our SFAs. They may not even have all of the answers until next week when everyone’s back in the office.
Especially with you having purchased multiple copies of the expansion - I don’t think there is anyone here who can answer you with any real information beyond speculation this early into the announcement and the product being available. I wish we did have more firm information for all of the ins and outs of things, but I really wouldn’t bank on any further information until next week. I’m sorry. 
And even then, it still may just need to get processed through with the system being hit so hard right now. The missing tender may be on it’s way.

Yeah, I agree it’s a bit unclear. I know that in game, I only earn 1000 because it’s all account wide. But with the purchases (and I made 3 separate purchases, and each one was supposed to reward tendies), I would have thought I would have gotten the total. But it didn’t (My wife also has 3 accounts, and she also only got 1000 (1 epic + 2 base, so again according to the description, should have gotten 2000))
I just checked all the descriptions and footnotes, I don’t see anything mentioning the tendies and multiple purchases (probably an edge case).
