This is what I get when I try to apply my character boost to my hunter, I purchased the shadowlands heroic upgrade and all I got was the mount can a GM please help… Ty

PS: I deleted all addons and restarted comp already, and renamed the folders with Old in the name didn’t work aswell.

If you need account assistance, you’ll need to open a ticket. You could also try asking in Customer Support to see if anyone has advice.

You may need to run a repair on the game for the error you’re seeing. Seems like an addon was trying to reference elements of the client that Blizzard blocked.
