Probably assassination rogue. It’s a pretty slow spec.

Beast mastery is pretty easygoing too, not sure of the exact APM but it’s my go-to character when carpal tunnel starts acting up.
bm hunter doesn’t have many buttons, but he does push them a lot and quite fast since there’s no casts

I’m glad someone said this. I gave my rogue a shot recently for the first time in years and, after being told Subtlety is virtually nonexistent anymore, I gave it a shot. I felt like it was way too easy… that there just had to be something I was missing.

As someone who loved the hell out of early-Legion S2M Spriest specifically because of how insanely fast paced it was compared to anything WoW has ever seen before or since, this is very sad to read.
I like destruction warlock for slower paced gameplay. I don’t think hunter is slow, its pretty fast spec.
As for the reason someone may look for that. Well when I try to play havoc DH or fury warrior as the two best examples…it doesn’t take long for my hand/wrist and lower part of my arm to hurt a lot.

Not everyone is 12 years old, Shonky. 20 minutes into a raid my hands are on fire, and I typically have to take ibuprofen just to keep playing. Half my raid is 40 year old’s, and have the same problem.

Unfortunately, I know all too well what you mean. I’m also in the 40+ with RSI club. Pretty much constant pain in my right hand. So I certainly sympathize.
Couldn’t resist the urge for the snarky dig at the current state of the game though.

It sounded to me like they meant button presses per minute.
Actions per minute yes. Assass rogue is far from the slowest.
Dont confuse APM with simple rotations, like DH’s
