Arms warrior has a low APM
As someone with arthritis, Iāve leveled a destro warlock to 120 (horde side). It was pretty easy going compared to other classes. Blood DK probably competes for slow gameplay but its not a DPS spec but still wanted to throw it out there.
Someone said above, but furry and havoc really stress my arthritis making the classes unplayable for me due to health reasons. Hunter is pretty hard too on me since its pretty fast paced even without many buttons to press. There is a lot of reasons to play slower classes (which I assume is what OP is looking for). A big part of that is health reasons like arthritis which is my scenario.

As someone else said carpal tunnel syndrome or other disabilities that affect the hands.

Per sim craft, assassins are the lowest.
Afterwards, destro and arcane are up there.
The reason both havoc and fury are up there is because they dramatically increase their haste through talents and azerite leading to more actions

I will not accept an assass rogue being slower than arms
I mean, you can complain as much ss you like but that is what the data states.
Of all the classess assassin has been the lowest in apm

The issue is Destro, like Fire Mage, blows all of itās abilities during the Infernal window. While yes it averages out to 45 or whatever, a lot of that is spent during the 30 second infernal window every 2.1 minutes.
Cool, I was just checking a site - - didnāt ask for any clarification on it BUT thatās good to know of their little dmg window. Sounds annoying lol
Assassination, especially multi-target, is far from being the slowest APM, moves are flying constantly.
And I know the feeling of hands being on fire.
They canāt spend every global every second, their energy regen doesnāt permit it outside of NP Vendetta windows or Lucid Dreams.

Also as a note for the aging folks. Iām on medication that impairs my focus. So I look for classes/ specs that donāt require a lot of tracking, and have found demon hunter quite nice.

Attacks per minutes means it is easy? Or is there another meaning for APM.
Shadow Priest is literally GCD capped at all times.

This game isnāt really very high on APM.
But if I had to pick, BM Hunter maybe?
Actions per minute, generally something referenced in RTS games like SCII or Moba where you have more pin-point things to worry about.
Iām 36 and the signs of aging are starting to set in for me as well. Iām part of the Generation who remembers childhood both before and after the internet. The first inacs were released in what 1997? I was fifteen. I was there and itās cool being such a part of that. However my wrist hurts! Weāre gonna be the carpel tunnel generation as well. Been using mouses for years and years and I can feel it. Destruction warlock offers me a satisfying pace that I really enjoy. Hard hitting effective spells that arenāt lightning speed always keeping me moving about. I can plant myself and destroy.

A hand split/brace works wonders. Wear it throughout the day to keep your wrist neutral, while trying to do normal activities. Youāll get a bit of a workout as well which will make your forearm/wrist stronger.
Trigger finger is something else though, got that a bit in my finger that usually presses the builder ability. Just gotta take a break at times. Turned to using a gamepad to play which is a bit more ergonomic for my wrist too.
