What are the most relaxing and easiest class to play boosted to 60 and also low APM for Carpal tunnel syndrome player that good in PvE M+/Raid worthy (and easiest to gear at 60) and good/easier time in PvP?
I press aimed shot 60 yards away and things die.

Mm hunter, arcane mage, sin rogue, destro lock, and feral druid are some of the lowest apm dps specs right now. Hunter and lock are probably the most popular picks at the moment.
Which are worth both PvE/PvP long term have hunter and desto and not having fun so down to arcane mage and feral
Largely depends on how blizzard decides to balance them in DF. They will all likely see competitive play but not necessarily as their lowest apm spec.
Arcane for instance is looking interesting for PvP because of the extra access to more frost/fire based CC in their base talent tree. This is very much different from the ‘you only have ice block and frost nova then your kinda boned’ problem Arcane currently sees.
Should look at what classes look like in df. Shadowlands classes wont matter for more than a few months.
I personally suggest windwalker, slow paced, simple and chill rotation, generally.
Not fan of melee i’m more of a caster type and think Arcane is up my ally but worried about the playstyle of it
I would recommend Kyrian Arcane Mage so much fun even you have blast
Lowest APM on average is a necrolord affliction warlock, but that has bursts of high activity with periods of 5 sec drain soul channels
Have tried warlock and wasnt my taste even died to much in PvP which fustrated me cause im bad at pvp (arena skirmish or the damn solo shuffle)

Actually nevermind. Maybe the game isn’t for you? You’ve shot down basically every low APM spec in the game throughout the thread.

Well torn between Arms or Arcane (Arcane at 54 and Arms 60 forgotten how to play)
gonna ask a question not asked so far. once you got your abilities working and your ui sorted out, do you enjoy playing? if so, great. If not, you should look to find a gameplay mode that you enjoy.
life is too short to waste playing a game you don’t enjoy.
I feel like we have the same topic almost on on a perfect schedule every week

I would recommend Arms Warrior though great agianst PvP and Arms in great spot as well <3

its probably not a low apm spec but it feels that way since you have to hit a different ability everytime - no spamming the same button 4 times before it kicks in. just calculated 1 button per second. feels more relaxed than anything else imo.
i would probably still play it if it wasnt centered around the pet (i dont like pets)
