Arcane is bad in all three forms of content right now but feral is mediocre in pvp (and bad in both raid and dungeon). It’s ok in 2 on 2 but outlaw is better.

I’d worry less about APM and go along lines more what spec has the most passive and easymode damage to where you can phone it in and still do good numbers with minimal effort.
And that spec is…drum roll (though it shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone)…BM HUNTER!!!
The training wheels babymode DPS spec that practically plays itself and has every advantage of a range DPS without any of the downsides. Feeling lazy? Press kill command on cooldown along with beast within and do your best to keep barbed shot up without just mindlessly mashing and congrats, you’re playing almost as well as the “proper” BM hunter.
Oh yeah and as a bonus, you get to bring the most sought after and critical group buff and you’re among the few classes/specs that has an immunity AND a death avoidance.
I have BM/Hunter and finding hard for me to play ;( want something more chill and easier in PvP (Arena wise) as well ;(
BM Hunter, unfortunately in this case, is as easy as it gets.
Frost mage is pretty chill, no pun intended. Might be slightly too high apm? Idk, I think it’s fairly low.
