Why is it taking me longer to kill bosses in molten core as a solo lvl 85 rogue than it did when i was a solo lvl 80 rogue in wotlk?
What changed or what did blizzard mess up since then? This is so lame.
Right now with your current gear, your lvl 85 secondary stats are garbage. Whereas my 80 rogue has 52% crit etc.
it’s because of scaling.
Yeah. We are much weaker at 85 with poor gear than we were at 80 in HICC gear.
TBC and Wrath had small amounts of this effect, but Cata is the first expansion where leveling really makes you much, much weaker until you catch back up.
As others have mentioned your secondary stats take a huge hit up on leveling up due to the way they scale.
It’s gonna be this way until you can stack a lot of primary and secondary from more powerful Cata gear.
Additionally we only gained 5 levels which barely gives any talent power.
