Well I was going to close out this post earlier but had to take a break as my comments got a little too animated and that’s my fault.
Glad this event is over, thanks all for the support for us doing the daily grind and coming up empty. Grats to those who got it and kept cheering and supporting us. Not holding my breath but maybe blizzard will see the feedback and how poorly the update was received. See you next year!

I am counting my lucky stars to actually get the rocket and Solar spirehawk back to back.
Does anyone know what the increased drop chance on first toon was?

Thanks brother. I haven’t heard anything yet or seen anything on wowhead from the data. Given we got chimes post a year ago and one blue post saying it was upped I don’t think we will see anything until 2024 when they announce the event again with Great news “you get a greater chance again this year on your first character” plus a link to buy another account for a second chance.

Their “increased” drop chance for your first time each day on each account was probably a flat out lie, they just said it, and didn’t say anything about what that increased chance was so we have no real proof there was an increase in the chance outside what Blizz said, and do you really believe them.
Just like your internet provider could say they increased your internet speed not say by how much, but you don’t notice a difference.

In today’s world everything (and I do mean just about everything) is a lie. In this instance they are motivated to deny you your prize because it keeps you playing. I noticed this a long time ago in wow. It’s why I wouldn’t play for a bit (still subscribed) and bring my newb character in “knowing” I would get the coveted weapon drop. I almost always did.
Before that I would run over and over again and never got it.
Random isn’t as nearly “random” as you think.
