There is an issue affecting people that are playing from south america since 2-3 weeks aprox., during morning we have 200ms (which is already HIGH, and put us in a very bad situation comparable with people that are playing with 60ms, huge disadvantage) and later at night 800+ms, which makes the game literally unplayable.
Everyone is reporting that this lag problem only affects blizzard games, and can use their internet with no issues whatsoever in other games or activities.
Why am I posting this here? Because in our forum we are not even getting a response. Blizzard has always been recognized by quality service, its shocking that we are beign ignored with a problem that can’t let us play a game. We are playing monthly to get a quality service.
