This isn’t true…. At all. Good prot paladins don’t have threat issues with full mitigation gear. Most ran Jugg Vitality and Heart of Iron for TOGC and will probably run those two trinkets in ICC prog until they get better trinkets.

You are lying…or dense. PvE BiS and PvP BiS are two different things. BiS matters for the content you are currently doing. In this case, it relies on 25 people working together for mutual benefit.
I could be playing a “who can reach gold cap the fastest?” mini-game in my spare time. Hence, my “BiS” would be stealing a GDKP pot. That doesn’t make it right.

The Abomb never lies and I’ve explained it in simple terms for you. So perhaps…look in the mirror.
If a PvE item is BiS in PvP then that is the reason you are doing that raid. It’s your BiS and you are raiding as your MS for that BiS. It’s not complicated. So you have every right to roll on that item and is perfectly fair.
Just be thankful that PvP players are doing PvE for gear. It keeps the game more lively.
