i’ve just lost my recurit a firend mog and the 1 month free game time each time my recruits paid for 3 months on their account, what do i do to get it back? Each of my two recruits have more than 24 months of game played, but no more extra game time for me.
For the Transmog Appearance, it looks like it’s still part of your collection. There is an issue that’s been happening where it may occasionally and temporarily disappear.
As far as I can tell you have all the RAF rewards you should, including the game time. I’d recommend submitting a ticket and list what you are seeing and why you believe the game time is missing. A Game Master should be able to take a closer look.
