Lost Physical Authenticator

Clicked links to try and remove it. Says enter authenticator so we can verify it is you.

It’s lost, so I cant enter a code. Can anyone help me with what to do.

You need to put in a ticket, Azragoth. Billing can remove that for you. The self-help page is to allow you to remove it provided you still have it/it is working.

I would strongly recommend you replace it just as soon as this is resolved with a mobile.

I lost mine once, and I put in a ticket to have it removed. It was a pretty seamless process. As soon as it was cleared I set up a new authenticator on my phone and have been good ever since.

One thing I might mention about the mobile.

Once installed, jot down the serial number and restore code. Keep it in a secure place (NOT on your PC).

If you ever have to replace that phone, it gets lost or wiped, you won’t have to contact us, you can reconstitute it from those two numbers.
