Well, just gotta find a guild like mine then. We have two raids that both have two Fury Warriors.
Oh, and a Blood DK DPS (me).
That’s heavily not the norm then. I know many warriors on my server (who I chat with) relay their own experience of not being able to find raids or guilds that want/need warriors.

I mean, in Bladetsar’s defense here, it’s actually that style of guild that’s most likely to blame their failures on things like “we are bringing 2 warriors!” Instead of things like strategy or broader skill gaps in the guild.
There’s a noticeable chunk of players that are actually quite bad and have no real understanding of the game but think they are awesome because they are following the “meta.”
And when the common refrain is “warriors suck,” they are most likely to think that it’s true, and make dumb decisions based on that belief, when really their main issue is that they have a dozen people standing in Freya beams, not the class they chose to play.
I’ve seen normal mode only guilds that require all that stupid min/max stuff that sims show as slightly better. Their core sucks at the game, but they try to do all the speed runner optimizations without any understanding of what they do for the raid.
Overall… Your guild needs some pretty serious help if the at most 1000 DPS you could get elsewhere from trading out that warrior matters.

He probably floods their discord with warrior tears and they got sick of it
To add to this too tho is that Naxx set up some expectations from guilds that were never going to be met. That same team was probably rocking Naxx since week 1 or 2 and the first sign of adversity didnt come until Ulduar. Youre right that in a lot of these case the leadership is failing the team, not the warrior.

My team is actually recruiting for a Fury warrior atm because one of them had to leave due to scheduling.
Yeah, not too long ago my guild was also looking for one, and would have been fine taking one at around Bladetsar’s performance level.

While a 73.3 average parse is pretty embarrassing, seeing how your guild, 13 weeks into Ulduar has still failed to clear several hardmodes and Algalon I don’t think that replacing their warrior DPS will solve their issues. They did you a favor.

GC is part of the problem with Classic. A progression guild who pushes progression to run GDKPs and sell gold.
