Hello. This is my first time posting and I’m only doing it over a loss of materials.
I cancelled a crafting order due to someone whispering me saying they could do it and lsot my Forged Gladiator’s Heraldy I was using for plate sabatons.
I went through circles in the automated recovery system for the first time since TBC as I was expecting to open a normal ticket (thankfully I haven’t had to since then) and could not find a solution.
Character was Hemale - Bonechewer.

Your gona have to do a ticket im not even sure a gm can help tbh they see the same list u do.
How long has it been since you canceled the order?
The mats should be mailed back to you within thirty minutes or so. I see this thread isn’t much older than that as of this post, possible they’ve been returned by now?
Otherwise yes, a ticket is the way to go, probably via the In-game Issues > Items and Mail > Not Listed Here category. And I would also recommend a post in the Bug Reports forum.
