You’ll want to click the pencil icon at the bottom of your post to edit and move it to the Bug Report forum for further investigation, or just add to one of the threads already there.
Yes, I had already posted it in a bug report. Nothing much happened except someone who actually had it worse commiserated. This isn’t a customer support issue? How?
Customer Support can help if it’s a payment- or account-related situation, but when it comes to something pertaining to the game itself, they have no purview. Sometimes they have some leeway to help direct someone lost on a quest, but where the essence of your post I imagine is currency restoration, they cannot.
Generally speaking, Support is unable to assist with potential bugs. They need to be reported via the Bug Report or in-game reporting option found in-game in the Support menu.
That said, it might be something that our In-Game Support staff can help address, which you will want to submit a ticket to inquire.
They seem equally effective.
