I have a personal guild that all my characters who are NOT in a guild can access. My GM character (Mymuhle) has pulled out everything I can from the guild. Everything that is left is stuck. There are no other users in my guild, I have one other account in case I need to have two characters on at once.
All the troubleshooting steps you suggested do not work. Even my GM toon cannot pull those items out.
My bank is fine. All my characters that have access to the Vault cannot find anything. Every tab is empty. This started when I had many items in the Vault but could not retrieve them from the vault. Many people have this problem. Well, after everything disappeared from the vault, I have no issues putting stuff into the vault. I just lost a crap ton of Items. Note: Before this happened, I could move some items, not many, but some.
