only, and ONLY this quest was reset from my quest log. Literally every other quest was left intact.
What race was the character originally and what did you change him to? What quest was reset?

Goblin to Tauren, and It was the The Eternal Traveler quest. It doesn’t make any difference, blizzard will refuse to help. Continuously giving me reasons to dislike the company as a whole, and compounding my discouragement playing the game.
Did it reset or abandon, Eindride? Because I show you picking up the quest shortly after you race changed.
If you had abandoned the quest I would see that, but I only see you picking up the quest.
I decided to run a log search and went back as far as I could, which was just shy of when you purchased the Shadowlands expansion, and I was unable to see you start that quest line.
Even if I missed when you picked up the quest originally, because I’m missing the first 20 hours after you purchased the expansion, I wasn’t able to verify that you collected any Echos of Mortality between then and now.
I’m not saying you didn’t, Eindride, but I just can’t verify it. You are welcome to submit a ticket, but I’m unaware of any known issues with this quest and race changes so I’m not sure what they’d be able to do.
No, we’re happy to help, Kunther, but we generally need to be able to verify that something happened. When the evidence points to you picking up the quest for the very first time after your race change, I don’t know if we can.
Though, frankly, when someone immediately dismisses the possibility of help and disparages those who they are asking it makes me more than a little suspicious.
