Hello, some previous posts I viewed, and a support article listed at https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/10527 suggest that restoration of daggers “Fear & Vengeance” for Legendary Rogue Dagger questline may be possible if they are lost and not available on restoration service. However, after reaching out to customer service a couple times, I haven’t been able to get a favorable resolution. I would appreciate if a moderator would be able to provide some more policy information or assist with restoration of said items.

What have there solutions been the GMS.
Solutions were ‘nothing’ as nothing can be done if an item isn’t available on restoration service per the GMs. I would accept any resolution that would allow me to resume the questline, including reset of the questline, or item restoration.
(Meant to post as this character, since this is the character that’s having the issue with the questline)
Ok well theres a few things i can clear up.
Your item restoration is the same the GMS see and unfortunately logs go weeks maybe a month back depending on how long they were vedored it wouldnt show up regardless.
Gms arent able to reset quests or progress it unless the developers say so this kinda thing tends to do more harm then good,
Id reopen the ticket and a NEW GM will take another look,

Thanks for responding friends, finally a 3rd GM actually helped when I asked for quest reset. They informed me quest reset wasn’t possible, but they would send the items to me so I can continue with my quest.
