My husband can’t remember his password and can’t find his authenticator
What can he do?
Your husband will need to contact Customer Support via ticket, phone callback, or live chat. Since he cannot login, he will need to submit a picture of his valid photo ID in order to authenticate the account and allow Support to make the needed changes to remove the authenticator and reset the password.

Do you know if he had SMS Protect set up? If so, he should be able to use that to remove his Authenticator and reset his password. Otherwise, I’d agree with Terise, he’ll want to use click on the option to submit a ticket with an image of ID.
He’ll want to click on Support in the upper right corner of this page, then Contact Support > Account, App & Shop > Account > Can’t log in > Remove Authenticator.
