I’m not sure how much I had but it was over 5000, I’m fairly sure. Now I have 0. What’s going on?
Have you looked at the Virtual Wallet in Account Management here on the website?
Just click on the the blue World of Warcraft link on that line for Tenders and it will take you to a breakdown of all credits and debits of your Tenders.

According to that link, I have 5735 (US) Trader’s Tender. But in game, I have 0 and can’t spend it. (Thanks btw)

Have you done a full UI reset (as detailed in Support article linked below) to rule out a misbehaving addon or corrupted UI?
Please note, this is not the same as disabling addons OR doing a /reload of your UI.

If it shows up in-game as zero and can’t purchase anything, but yet, it shows in your BNet transaction that you have over 5k, then you’ll need to submit a bug report for the QA to look into it.
Another thing though is that it could be a possible display issue, caused by addons, which can be solved by a WoW User Interface reset. Try with resetting the WoW User Interface first and if that does not work, then submit a bug report so the QA team can investigate.
