I have two zones to go total for the entire achieve. Already have the azeroth ones done. Does Loremaster Change tomorrow to include cataclysm zones as a requirement? (loremaster of Caraclysm in addition to the 4 other continents).
The existing EK and Kalimdor achievements become meta achievements. If you already have them, you should still have them after the patch and do not need to do any of the updated leveling zones. If you don’t have them yet, then you will need to do all of the zones as part of that meta (some but not all of the quests will carry over so you will have partial completion for the zones).
The question was whether loremaster requires 4 meta achieves vs 5 and if it would be possible to obtain after prepatch but before actual cata patch
Oops, sorry. All changes like that should be with the patch later today, so yes, it should require the Cata zones as well.
Yes, your loremaster progress in Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor is erased and you have to start over today 
The new loremaster will now require quests in every zone, rather than a quest total count per continent.
