Hi, after killing elementals and spiders in Ashenvale, whenever I go to pick up my loot the window immediately closes. I can see there is something I’m supposed to be getting because of the tell tale sparkle but nothing is going into my bags. It auto-cancels and disappears.

Correction: Ever since Activision took over I’ve been on the crap side of RNG. I know original Blizzard would never do that, they actually respect their customers.
