Except there is. If those put in charge are using LC for the benefit of the guild, then the loot should be distributed to those who would make the most use of it.
Sorry you got abused at some point, but that doesn’t change the fact that when done correctly, LC is one of the best loot systems.
He’s right, there is no incentive. You are just coping.
Or the people in my guild don’t feel entitled to every piece of gear that drops and if someone has an issue they’ll actually talk to them about why they’re making that choice.
If you bring up good points other than me want shinies they’ll actually change their decision.

Except he isn’t. I outlined the obvious incentive. There is a reason why LC, and various versions based on LC are used by more hardcore guilds, and it’s because you want the items going to the best fitted players, who can and will utilize it the most.

Depends on the guild. I have been in one loot council guild and they were fair. Mistakes happen but they were obviously mistakes. Anyone that runs master loot screws up sometime. Those guys literally threw loot at me to gear me since i missed ssc/tk.
Why do we care what you think about LC? You are entirely free to just not join a LC guild.

He’s just a bit upset he lost a few items week 1 and had to gquit after never speaking to a fellow guildy and posting green parses to a guy who put effort into playing with the guild and wasn’t completely terrible is all.
Well maybe they should copy the SR of the mage that gets all the loot. If some one SR’s a piece that you want maybe u should copy them and SR it to.
Honestly, DKP is the best loot system for a guild and always has been. There are good LC guilds though and it is a viable system. I’ve seen a lot of bad ones though so I don’t entirely disagree.
