Not sure if it’s just the worse RNG ever or what. My main character is at 269 ilvl with 2600 m+ rating MW Monk. I rarely get drops in the chest. It’s always armor. No jewelry, trinkets, and no weapons. I’ve only gotten one weapon, an AGI staff when my loot spec was set to WW. In the 60 or so keys I’ve ran I’ve only gotten a few armor slots. Never an upgrade. Most of the gear I have came from players that didn’t need it. Since the patch I ran 9 +10 keys last night, no loot outside of the bonus roll, and not a single catalyst charge.
My shaman is 255 ilvl with 1800 rating. He gets a drop about every 3-4 runs which feels normal. Is this just a case of really bad RNG for my main or is there a bug affecting my character?

That tends to be pretty unlikely. There really aren’t any conditions that a character can get that would impact what loot they receive, outside of their spec.
I would agree with Nephe though, if you feel there is a bug the best thing to do is to submit a bug report. I’d recommend through the in-game system in the Support menu from the character in question so that the report can include character specifics.

I was specifically stating that there aren’t really any conditions that apply to a character that would govern what specific item they might get (i.e. Only armor dropping, no trinkets, weapons, etc…). That is not how I understand any of that to work.
I’m not delving into how many items you may or may not have received as personal loot, that isn’t something that Customer Support would be involved in. That is why we refer folks to submit a bug report, so our QA Team can look into such claims to try to verify what might be happening.
We are not trying to “stamp out any mention of it”, that is ridiculous. If you believe a bug exists, supply information so that our QA team can look into it. We cannot confirm something that we don’t have enough data on to validate it. That is not how any of that works, though you are welcome to believe whatever you wish.
