4 weeks… O.o Took me 5 months. >.<
4 weeks is impressive. It took me 4 weeks to go from 20k to 2.1M.
I should get it this month though if I keep my GPD the same, sooner if I can increase it higher!
Grats you guys!
I’m not going to get it, but it makes me happy to see other folks persevere and acquire this mount.
Reminder that if you bought this mount without WoW tokens you are a real one
ill just take my chances on the BMAH in sl
Ill never want it but will be abeable to get via BMAH does anybody know?
Yes, it’ll be posted on the BMAH periodically, and will likely be bid up to gold cap each time it is.
(or you can get lucky with an unclaimed chest maybe?)
Yo dude, I just need 1.7 mil if anyone wants to help me out man
Shame on Blizz for charging 5 mil in game gold for it and forcing people to buy tokens before patch.
forcing eh?
This thread always makes me feel depressed when I see it pop up in the recently updated posts.
I had 2.7 million gold until I decided to buy the $80 version of Shadowlands with tokens since tokens are so cheap right now. (Spent like 670k? Give or take?)
Wish I could take out a gold loan and pay it back with 0% interest.
More game time > mounts
I just really wish they would put a non-AH version on the vendors when they remove the Mighty Caravan Brutosaur. The reason they gave for the removal is that they don’t want to see AH mounts be as common as repair mounts. So the easy solution is to make one (or more) of the models already in the database available as non-AH mounts.
I get that some folks want a mobile AH, and that’s cool. But all I ever wanted was an awesome sauropod mount. Please make it happen, Blizz!
A lot tougher to get now with the slow state to next expansion.Flasks are way too cheap and tough to push that crafted gear.
gold making for crafting is way down this expac for a lot of people simply because the gear that you can get from visions dailies mythics and even lfr has a decent ilevel enough so a lot of people aren’t buying the crafted at a lower or same ilevel and on the higher end ilevel crafted gear I see very little showing on ah selling and my guess its because the mats needed to craft require way too many raids and dungeon running to aquire . the people I see with mass gold in their pockets are the carry sellers well lucky for them but im going to do the smart thing on this and not run to spend my real money on tokens for this or run around more farming than already to maybe get this to maybe make buying it buy deadline its just not worth it . they put things in this game some you buy or achieve only to have the devs take it away at some point and it spoils it for people . My money ill keep in my shoe so I will not buy this thing nor will I sink tons into tokens for thing s that will vanish like the wind .
oh as well if they decide to make this into classic version where we make no gold for a lot of work ill be scrapping playing completely.
Good for you. I had some extra cash, so I decided to go all out and buy myself a piano.
Yeah, I’m not getting this mount, either. Now, if Blizz puts a non-AH version on the vendors like many of us have been asking, I’ll be able to get at least that one. But I know better than to expect Blizz to do something nice like that (even though such versions already exist in the data base).
They have no shame now, why do you think the creators left the company?
Isn’t it nice to know that you’ll still have your piano even if WoW shuts down?
- You can let all the people you want have turns at playing it,
- it’s still playable during down-time,
- no-one will /spit at you for owning it,
- other people who own pianos aren’t going to block your mailbox with them,
- you can resell your piano, give it away or leave it to your children in your will, and
- Blizzard can’t use equipment to remove its functionalty.
I really don’t understand players who use ridiculous amounts of real cash to buy overpriced items Blizzard is using to pressure players into buying tokens.
Don’t fall for it guys. Follow Brahmona’s example and get yourself something you can enjoy at your pleasure, not at Blizzard’s.
I just assume they can afford it. You could buy this mount quarterly and still not be spending as much money on several well received hobbies out there. Granted, when you are done with most hobbies there is some liquidation you can perform, but not all.
My assumption is that out of the very small percentage of players that obtain this mount, it is just a handful that will spend any appreciable amount of money acquiring it. Either way, they earned the mount.
With the target release month narrowed down, I think my original date of Sept. 1 will be about right. So keep farming to all working on it! I will say that it is nice for my AH character to be able to be out in the world again! I hadn’t really thought about the AH component to the mount and it’s impact until I had the mount.
The only thing wrong with this sentence is the “if” should be “when”.
And yeah, I’m really looking forward to my new piano (it’s supposed to arrive today!).
