You’re right. I apologize.
You’ve blown off plenty of suggestions players had before. Didn’t you immediately shut down the conversation when someone mentioned that you might not be able to make the gold on your server if the economy isn’t the best and suggested you play on a different more populated server?
How do you sell M+ and not get suspended when there is a right click report advertisement for people adverting sales.
You don’t advertise in the group finder ? And if you aren’t annoying on trade chat, people won’t report you there either.
Advertising in the LFG tool is a bannable offense. Advertising in chat is still allowed.
I just did the Cata raids right now and even did LFR DS which you didn’t mention.
Results were,
BoT 25H: 768g
BwD 25H: 1082g
TofW 25H: 328g
DS 25H: 1585g
DS LFR: 491g
Thats 4,254 gold in total for all Cata raids.
I didn’t even reach 10,000 gold.
I’ll try “all” version of the raids you mentioned, but I’m starting to have doubts.
Just drop 300 to 500 bucks in wow tokens like blizzard wants you too…
Sad part blizard knows that there is whales out there that will do that…
That thing works? Always see same people spam in group finder
If I went absolutely ham, and started selling carries? Yeah, 5 mill before Brutosaur is retired is within the realms of possibility.
Do I care enough to go that hard? Absolutely not. Would rather spend the gold I make by gambling in raids.
Selling M+/raid carries would probably get you there, especially with the AOTC mount and M+ mount coming in 8.3. If you can’t do carries, it would probably be quite a bit harder and would take a lot of AH goblining.
Its achievable and again… if you think you need wow tokens maybe littlefoot is not for you, too much effort for a mount that you will bid sub 5m on shadowlands.
With gold deflation this expansion, no. It was logically intended to suck gold out of the economy.
The outrage over it is fake like the kinghong thing.
In Australia the minimum wage still applies to prostitutes.
I don’t think the outrage over it is fake, by any means. But I guess it’s easy to make such a disingenuous claim when it isn’t you. Some people really strive to be impetuous, don’t they?
A lot of players, like myself, don’t rush out to do content or grind for certain things because we used to be able to work at it or grind for it after it was no longer current content. I am not a part of any world-first races. Period. A lot of my WoW time is spent whittling away at progress for older content. It’s what I enjoy.
There are a lot of things that they remove from current content whenever we transition to a new expansion; Challenge Mode armor sets, rare mounts from cutting edge Mythic raids, Mage Tower, etc. and I think for the most part that is acceptable. I get that as new content comes out, some old content is going to be cut.
But are things like the Brutosaur, something with no definite progression path, something that isn’t tied to expansion-specific mechanics or features, something that should be removed? What else are they going to remove?
(I’m aware that at this point in time, it won’t be literally removed, only redistributed to the BMAH, but for a lot of us, it might as well just be removed)
I guess we’ll find out when the masses stop caring about this topic in a couple days and move on to the next outrage topic.
I average 125,000 gold a week from World Quests, Paragon Chests, and Emissary gold with 12 characters. That amount can double or triple on the 50% bonus rep weeks which another is coming up next month. But lets stick to 125k a week, in a month that gets me 500,000 gold which then it would take me a total of 10 months to reach 5 million gold. To be honest with you, I rather keep spending that gold on Blizzard Balance then go with the 6 month sub time with my excess.
So you only make 82k a week? I have to ask if you ever play the game at this point. I farmed my Echoes of Mortality or whatever the hell for the CE and in 3 hours I was walking out of there with just 30k liquid gold from vendoring all the greens, grays, and just gold from mobs. That’s not even that great of a farm either. If you run all the WoD raids on each difficulty it averages to being about 7k an hour raw gold and you can do them on every difficulty. Some take longer, some take less. Couple that with all the old raids and per toon a week you can easily scrape 20k that way and that’s really not even much time you have to spend. Mind you the figure of 20k was only relevant to if you did just a few. Not all.
Hell, pick herbalism, boot up a show on Netflix and just mindlessly pick herbs and you’ll make solid bank.
You actually are not even trying to play the game, why the hell do you think you should be entitled to a mount that was strictly aimed at the super wealthy? This is like me going into a vegan eating establishment and freaking out that they won’t serve me a single meat product. No duh, it was not meant for me.
Soloing mythic Hellfire Citadel on mage last night. In less than 30 min and selling the gear drops, made approximately $4K.
Going to run on druid, lock, dh, and a few others to see how it goes as far as the $$$$.
Any time there is a $2000 emissary quest reward, run all 9 toons to get the money. It starts adding up over time (assuming you have that much free time to run things).
I could buy it at any time but I’m not spending that amount of gold on one mount.
I have about 80k gold right now. Even if they didn’t remove it, I’d never come close to achieving it. I don’t play the AH, I don’t have an army of alts to farm instances or mission tables or anything else and professions suck for making gold now too.
I have never been rich in any game I ever played, even when I genuinely tried, but even so, I find BfA the worst version of WoW for gold making. Every xpac ever my wealth increases over its course. This is the first time it ever went down.
