Looks like no Thanksgiving for me

Yeah they’re in their second wave now. Meanwhile the US has never left our first wave. We’ve had plateaus and then new rises and that’s it.

I already had my Canadian Thanksgiving, so it doesn’t matter to me.

I swear if they announce another delay because of this american thanksgiving, I am just not playing shadowlands. Enough is enough. Let’s see the damn game so the design flaws can be worked on for 9.1

The EU is ‘skyrocketing’ off a low base.

The U.S. is skyrocketing off an already high base. We are in the third surge of the first wave. That’s how bad the idiot at the top f’up.

It’ll be the first year no one spams the TV warning us that we’re all getting salmonella.

No turkey for me. Mom please hold the dressing and potato’s and oven rolls… Wait nvm guess I can play WoW and eat at the same time :3

Wasn’t gonna be a Thanksgiving for me either way due to covid.

EU looks like they forgot it existed or stopped caring

Nahh. I’ll have dinner with my family like a normal person and play when I have the time. My life doesn’t revolve around WoW.

I was hoping to skip it anyway, I hate going to the big family dinner with in-laws etc, I work with my family, I see them too much as it is!

However my dear old Mum makes such an effort and the food is pretty good, if not somewhat cooked to death, transparent broccoli anyone?

So with lockdown I get to spend time in Shadowlands upsetting the jailer and eating Trifle on my own!

My heart goes out to the raiders though, I know it’s important to y’all and this has caused some upset, so here, some Trifle to think about!

Yeah, people get complacent. In our area, they are letting the tourists back in. Guessing there will be increases in cases during the first week of November before Thanksgiving and increases in deaths in December before Christmas.

Happy Holidays 2020!

With the way COVID is ramping back up there is a good chance we will have to change our travel plans anyways unfortunately. May have the March/April feel again. :frowning:

Some of you guys will give up being with your family on Thanksgiving to play a video game?

Nah screw Blizzard I already have my plane tickets to visit my family and I don’t have a laptop. They chose the worst date to release SL.

Depends on your family. Ymmv with families.

I’m getting old. I had to google that.

That was from the old Usenet days, pre-HTML. lol

you can’t take 6 hours of your week to spend it with your family instead of playing a video game?

yeah, makes sense. You don’t sound like the kind of person who would be thankful for anything.
