Looking to do the free transfer but the blizzard websites is so confusing

I remember the 90s confusing web pages with all the sliders and such and blizzard would fit in if it were 1995. All I want to do is change off my horde dominated realm can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!

It’s actually in-game. If you log in and go to the WoW shop button on the bottom left, if your realm qualifies to transfer it’ll give you the option of ‘free realm transfer’.
