< ILLICIT > A Proudmoore-US Raiding and Social Guild is seeking a capable Raid Leader to takeover/Co-Raid Lead for our Mythic Progression team.
Due to real life situations, and an extended 8.2 Patch, we currently find ourselves with some roster spots available. We currently are at about 3/4ths of a roster, and are actively recruiting in preparation of Patch 8.3.
We are primarily looking for 1) quality ranged DPS, and 2) a leader. Our current raid leader is going to be taking a more casual game play approach but will be still an active member, and able to assist the new RL.
Due to a lot of our players being flexible with classes/roles all qualified individuals for all roles will be considered.
We are also open to the discussion of more then 1 person joining at a time, and groups of players that may be looking for a new environment. Please also note, that the cost of transferring/faction changing should not be a deterrent from reaching out, we will not let something like that be the barrier to a qualified applicant.
We would highly prefer a Ranged DPS to take over as a RL, from our experiences, this has just worked better. However, that is not set in stone and any qualified applicant would be considered.

- A solid core of officers who support, and assist in getting the raid organized and ready and collaborate with you (you are not alone)
- An active group that helps with recruitment
- A consistent and reliable pool of resources to fund the Mythic Team
- A solid core of dedicated, and skilled players, biting at the bits to down current, and high end – end-game content.
