Looking for new game

Dragon age, maybe.
I neee stop too because I am too adicted.

If you want a MMO: ESO seems to check everything you’re looking for.

ESO has a culture that if you can’t solo it then we won’t lock it behind anything.

To my knowledge they’re the most openly supportive of the casual community in MMORPGs.

I recently quit, and now I’m back to Skyrim.

Deeprock Galactic

It’s cheap, and it is an amazing game.

The first 30 minutes won’t make much sense, but within the first 90 minutes you’ll be hooked

ROCK AND STONE

The true death, right?

RIFT was a fun game back in the day, too.

Immortals Fenyx Rising

Yeah elden ring is a good game but if you aren’t used to challenging games you might smash your keyboard over it.

If you don’t mind challenging games with your character probably dying a lot as you learn , elden ring is quality.

Kingdoms of Amalur is a single player RPG but it very much has a WoW feel to it. I’d give it a look and I think it’s on sale right now just like most games on Steam until the 6th.

I don’t know how people can play open world games that don’t let you move your camera and your character separately, or somehow require moving with a mouse click. I went on a new MMO search a couple years ago and all of them were flat out terrible in terms of game controls. I hated it.

Just do what I did and use WeMod to be invincible and faceroll the game. I had a blast.

Nah, the second one is still good if you can get it out of your head that this isn’t a story about the Gray Warden.

The only bad thing about it is EA reused zones for every chapter, but that wasn’t a huge deal to me because the story is about what’s happening in that one area.

Well there are looter shooters like the borderlands games, isometric rpgs like pathfinder and pillars of eternity, there is dungeons of sundaria on steam which is a dungeon crawler/loot finding game in early access most people are positive about it but research it yourself to be sure, its on sale for the next couple of days for $10 from the winter sale. Lost Ark of course is still a fun game if you do not mind the grinding. Honestly look around at the steam sale and you can probably find something on sale you like.

I am going to say Guild Wars 2 even though you do not want an mmo just because you do not have to really deal with anyone, it has a massive open world and lots of big group events you just have to be there and participate in to get rewards.

If you haven’t done Skyrim yet, that sounds like exactly what you are looking for.

I loved it so much. :frowning:

Clearly you need to play maplestory.

Give SWTOR a try.

It’s a very underrated game because of its crappy launch.

I just buy a switch at this point. Get a zillon games from old consoles too.

Nothing quite like introducing the concept of utter defeat to your children by ways of OG Mario Kart

Is WoW the only game you’ve ever heard of? Because I can assure you, it’s not the only one out there. People can give recommendations.

I agree with this elden ring is very solo friendly (although an argument could be made it’s not “friendly” to anyone, but you get what I mean) with a good multiplayer system if you want to do that. Not an MMORPG, but has a lot of the same flavors
