Hi there! Land Raiders is currently looking for strong dps (preferably with off spec knowledge) for a casual raiding environment. A little about ourselves:
- We’re currently 10/10 N 1/10 H and do plenty of M+
- Our raid times are 6-9PM EST/5-8PM CST Tues/Thurs (although we do optional timewalking raids Sat @ the same times for new recruits and alts)
- The goal each tier is to touch on some early mythics and get AOTC each raid, and of course have fun!
We’ve been around and raiding since BC and absorbed a few smaller guilds on the way, but Legion/BFA dwindled our roster and our current raid team is relatively fresh as of shadowlands. Several of us are ex-mythic raiders who are just looking to take it a bit easier now. We don’t really have any set rules, but hindering others enjoyment of the game is the one line we draw. Just be friendly and chill.
Raiding with us is a laid back experience where you have fun while accidentally killing things! We do our best to come together and provide raid mats (feasts/cauldrons/oils) and have a few laughs each night, but we also expect people to show up ready to go (pots/runes/fight knowledge). That being said we also understand real life happens and we won’t hold it against you if it’s just been one of those weeks.

If you find one let me know. I too have been looking. You always see guild ads that say “active social guild”. Then you join them and crickets. Everyone says they are a great community but then they turn out to be hardcore raider wannabes.

I’m raid leader for an Alliance-side group that raids Normal/heroic weekly, currently at 8/10N with eyes on Heroic AOTC.
Most of us have been raiding together or gaming together for years, all having met through WoW and came back specifically for this expansion and a more easy-going approach to raiding (though Mythics/PvP happen throughout the week as well).
We’re definitely on the more laid-back, nerdy side, but specially not toxic/elitist or any of the negative bs you find in a lot of “progression” guilds. We have a roster full of male and female players, couples and members of the LGBT community, so that kind of behavior is not tolerated. We’re here to have fun with a smaller, close-knit group, period.
Our schedule is 1-2 nights a week depending on work schedules and availability, usually Fridays/Sundays.

We are on Stormrage US, Alliance (Server Transfer is not immediately required)We are 10/10 N, 1/10 H. If you need to leave early due to Real Life than that is fine or if you cannot make it to raid please let one of the Officers/GM know.
What we offer:
Enchants, gems, food, flasks and pots can be created by our Master Craftsmen, often for just the materials. We provide Flasks and Feasts, we will expect you to have enchants, gems, pots, seals and augment runes before we begin the raid. We are helpful and constructive - if you need something we can get it or help you get it. We love innovation, we love pushing the limits, we love working together as a team. We are fun and quirky, sometimes we have to be serious but we are always working to improve and most importantly we are here to have fun.
What we want from you:
Being able to raid 3 days a week for 3 hours a day, preferably Thurs/Fri/Sat 7pm - 10:00pm Server (ET). Your best, fully optimized, best stats ever DPS set cannot be below 190 gear score (ilevel). Be on time, be prepared, have current knowledge of your class and of the boss encounters. Understand directions and be able to carry out assignments. Have previous raid or mythic + dungeon experience and/or you can play at a competent and competitive level. Be able to take constructive and friendly criticism to improve and play better. Be able to maintain a mature demeanor during raids while having a sense of humor during stressful situations ex, Wipes, loot distribution, disconnects.
We are experienced raiders who like to clear content and have fun. We all have full lives outside of the game and looking for more of the same minded folks to join our Team.

Hello! My guild Evolved might be a good fit for you! We are an 18+ community and most of our members have families, jobs, etc so we understand the importance of real life coming first. Because of this, we do not require 100% raid attendance. We run multiple raid groups, so plenty of room for you! Everyone is super friendly, mature, and a ton of fun to be around. 
We like to focus on having a strong community as it makes the game so much more enjoyable! We do all kinds of things besides raiding such as M+, arena, world pvp, dungeons, etc. We just like having fun together!
