Maybe you shoud try a game more akin to your personal tastes like Assassin’s Creed, Uncharted or Tomb Raider, you coud even try Overwatch you can get to places there with the right character.
And yet, The Sims has been a hugely successful, critically acclaimed and very popular (and profitable) franchise. Your opinion on what constitutes good game design is weak and uninformed.

Actually it is. Most of the time someone claims glory on a previous account that isn’t reflected in their new account they are full of crap.
It’s like how everyone is 6’5", 275 lbs and 4% body fat with degrees in STEM, and also an MMA title holder on the internet.

All you guys have is denial. You cry about being told how to play then you turn around and tell others how to play. You can’t seem to fathom how being in the air 80% of the time isn’t good gameplay.

Not at all–my claims re The Sims can easily be confirmed with a simple wikipedia search.

I’m still waiting for a logical argument from any of you. By logical I mean, nuts and bolts, this is why flight should be unlocked from day 1. Not “I can’t find my way up a mountain” or “it’s fun”. I’ve given 10 different arguments 10 different ways only to be ignored or met with pure ignorance.
If you don’t like no flying, play in content with flight. Simple. <- that’s what you sound like.
At the end of the day it doesn’t matter if you can’t put aside your denial. I’m not the one you have to convince, Bliz is. And the longer you deny the reality of how flying over everything affects the game, the longer you’ll be grounded.
Ah yes, the classic whiny anti-flyer excuse of “Flying is a Cheat Code! You’re all Losers!”
And yet … you can guarantee the second Pathfinder Part 2 was available they were RUSHING to complete it so they could fly.

I’ve seen some impressive things done by using the clipping functions of the sims cheat codes. Not broken, just beautiful.
Like one guy did his best impression of an actual outdoor lake with an underwater house. He used a lot of clipping with rocks to hide the edges of the pool.

Plenty of logical arguments have been made. You just either don’t read them or don’t understand them.
At the end of the day it doesn’t matter if you don’t like it, Blizzard’s not going to remove flying because too many players want and enjoy it. They’re even removing Pathfinder requirements for Warlords of Draenor/Legion content (with the Shadowlands launch).
Knowing it upsets people like you will just help me to enjoy flying that much more.

There’s this thing called free will. Basically it lets you do things that you aren’t prone to do. It’s really hard but the thing is it gets easier and before you know it the thing you weren’t prone to do is now the thing you are prone to do. Some people call this discipline. So you have to ask yourself is the thing I’m trying to do better and worth the effort to make it a habit. Please don’t try and take away other people’s choices because you lack the discipline to do what you think is best.

The real denial here is thinking you are going to accomplish taking flight away from us.
You’ve been nothing but smug because you have clearly taken the L, that is why you put the question mark after the LOL. You know it, I know it, and the American people know it.
Maybe if you tried to fake a harder LOL it would be more convincing, but I doubt it.

And yes, it is. People who claim to be pro, but when asked to prove it and can’t ALWAYS claim their glory was on a previous account.

The pro flying people are telling you to play the same current content just use your ground mount to do it. You’re telling pro flying people to do completely separate content. Its not the same thing at all.

Blizz needs to remove pathfinder completely, go back to a gold fee for flying at max level. Pathfinder was the most moronic thing they added in a long time.
those that love flying should be able to do so easily, those that hate it already have the choice not to easily.
