LOL this hilarious. Why is this addon still a thing?

If I have to guess it’s probably the lack of tanks/heals (as usual, at least on the alliance) I’ve seen groups waiting 20-30 mins for some keys and even low keys too (6-9)

It’s easier to get dps for m+ just not everyone is personally ready to heal or tank on certain weeks.

Then Blizzard needs to make tanking and healing roles more desirable to play. I don’t play them for they have too much responsibility.

There’s actually a glut of tanks in the game. We’re just busy tanking for our friends and guildmates.

Perks of a guild.

And many guilds are looking for new players.

It’s just that a bunch of people got it into their heads that “I don’t need a guild”, and then they come and complain all the time about not having people to play with.

No doubt. This game still promotes multiplayer for the more complex content.

That’s a design issue that people has been pretty verbal about it… not sure if shadowlands will fix it or not.

Right now tanks can put very good damage to the point of outdpsing other specs but you need alot of haste and TD… of course this only applies on 2-17 keys because depending on the week everything is just stack vers or you will die.

In the end the more of this systems they add the worse it will get for pugs.

The best solution is to remove M+ from the group finder. Or require people to be in the same guild (or at least community) in order to run keys together.

M+ was intended, from the beginning, to be run by organized groups. Blizzard said that from the moment of its announcement. M+ is not queued content and people need to stop treating it as such or they’re just going to continue to be frustrated.

Why are you hiding on a fresh 58 DK? I don’t get this post at all.

Stop pugging?

I would loathe this.

I’ve pugged my way up to where I am now and during that time I managed to make a few friends to push keys with who are not on the same server as I am. Suddenly I wouldn’t be able to play with my friends unless I made a community for each and every one I’ve made (because not everyone gets along to simply make 1 community)… no thanks.

“hiding” or not doesnt matter.

Matters that some leaders bend the rules whenever they see it fit.

OP tried to join some 15/16 key on an alt, he has experience for it but the leader wanted “mains” not alts.

Reason why I don’t link my mains io on my alts.

If it wasn’t RaiderIo we would all just go back to item level and people would complain they can’t get into groups because of that.

Their will always be a “filtering” system players will use if they want to get people for their PuG’s. It’s been like that since Vanilla and probably won’t ever change.

So find a steady group to play with, make your own group, or just use what everyone else is using so you can get groups in a timely matter.

You can win.

At the same time given how toxic it can be its a guaranteed player who is NOT going to bail if something does go sideways.

Yeah people just abandoning is pretty gross too. Honestly those people need penalized as well. Maybe it’s time deserter debuff gets added. Although people shouldn’t be forced to stick with an obviously failed run. =/ Idk. Solutions is something I’m not great coming up with. Then again, I’m not the one getting paid to come up with them.

that can happen on any “io” number or key anyway from a 2 to 2X

you can prevent that by not pugging but sometimes you have no choice.

I think that was their point. It was a response to my comment to how it was rude to kick someone for a guild member.

that’s pretty common and kinda expected at least for me…

it’s like those 3 man groups trying to join in and you already have a tank/heal or dps and you get a whisper “kick them, we will carry”. :man_shrugging:

Or, instead of asking Blizzard to “penalize” people just because they won’t play with you, you could find some people who will play with you.

They have a during a Q&A, basically they like it and would like to put something in game. They even opened up the leader boards to more people just to allow raider io to access more data

I’ll try to find the source

Yeah, I mentioned it was understandable but also awful and rude. At least if they had already invited you. Having someone already in your group then kicking them because your guild member logged in wastes their time. We can establish that wasting each others time is rude yes? It’s a forgivable rudeness. But it is still a awful and rude thing to do.
