Gona have to be more specific why cant u log in.

Everytime I try to reset password it just errors out and says back to account management
Have u tried clearing ur cache or a different browser.

Tried that. It keeps saying tried multiple attempts
This account, Hexien? I’m not seeing anything that looks locked.
A lock can sometimes be a security measure - usually resetting your Password is all that is needed.

Everytime I try to reset password on either account it either says too many attempts or says back to account management
I’d give it some time to cool off then. That’s a security measure so folks can’t brute force accounts.

Good question, but one I don’t have the answer to.
As I am not seeing anything locked, have you tried to log in again?

Yes, and the same error. Too many attempts, and/or kick back from the other screen
That does sound like the brute force protection - and the only way around that one is time I’m afraid.

Ok I can get on one account, but the other just keeps reseting back to account management. Meaning everytime I try to reset password it just errors to accountment amangement.
Use the one you can log into and wait a while hour maybe more I would err on side of much more say several hours even 24 hours to just clear the error.
