"Login is currently restricted on this character.” - Message after free transfer

“Login is currently restricted on this character.” This is the message when I try to login to any of the 3 characters I just free transferred about 1.5 hours ago from Chaos Bolt to Crusader Strike. Anyone else having this same issue? These are horde characters. I have no alliance toon and have never played on Crusader Strike before this.

I’m having the same issue, but I sent Alliance CB characters to CS where I had rerolled to Horde. Hoping this gets fixed as I’d hate to lose the other characters I spent 95% of my time on in ph1.

I see these on the new realm, not noticing anything out of the ordinary.

Have you fully logged out - both game and launcher? My first instinct, this may be an update issue.

I have logged out of launcher and wow several times. still having this issue.

I also have a ticket open.

I’m having the same issue, cb ally to cs ally, xfer went through but it says login restricted. i logged out and closed the launcher and game multiple times

Not sure what’s up with this guys - I’ve passed it along.

I’ve got the same issue. submitted a ticket also.

I’m told these are being turned off for the moment while this is being worked on.

Well now we can’t transfer character at all from Chaos Bolt. Crusader Strike no longer shows up on the realm choice.

They said xfers are temp turned off while they fix the issue with people being able to log in

My understanding was that they turned off the character restrictions but yeah, it seems like they turned off transfers and still has the character restrictions issue.
Welp.

Just adding that my entire guild tried to move over this morning and we are all now still locked out of our toons. Hopefully this is addressed soon

Same problem here. Free transferred 2 toons and cannot log in. Any update on this? My one day off this week and haven’t been able to play.
