Undermine here, kicked off and stuck on Character Not Found for the past hour.
Just tossing it out there that this issue is also happening on Mannoroth, will go get some dinner and maybe try again in a bit.
The fact is, yall have been running this game for over 15 years⌠yall should know by now how many people are playing and how many people âmightâ be returning for your NEWEST xpac⌠this server crash, blank character screens, and lack of limited servers should NO LONGER be an issue with all the money yall have made off us players⌠FIX⌠THE⌠DAMN⌠ISSUEâŚ

Finally got in after 1h30m of trying, got to the maw, then dcâd. Servers should not be that unstable. Name another billion dollar game that has issues like that, Iâll wait.
They hardly ever will compensate for a single day of lost time. Honestly, I donât think they have compensated time since WoD
Iâm afraid I donât have one. Usually I find out theyâve done something to resolve the issue the same time everyone starts posting âI got in!â.
I am not disputing that, Beerthirsty. Not in the least.
I doubt the original disconnection is. That is an issue that weâre aware of an it is being looked at. I believe the issue with being unable to move the character, the issue with it timing out, is related to this.

Itâs terribly sad how you reply to comments that obviously arenât made with a level head, and ignore well presented and understandable complaints. Not surprising, but disappointing, as per usual with Blizzard.

Could be. They publicly announced when this was happening, after all. There is probably someone twisted enough to mess with this just to mess with it, and thatâs assuming Blizzardâs actual competitors are ethical enough not to sponsor attacks.
I find it hard to believe that people are seriously considering ragequitting a 2 YEAR expansion over a less than 2 hour (so far) inability to access it, but if they really are, then that would just increase the motivation of several kinds of bad actors to pile some actual DDOS on top of the massive traffic generated by players themselves.
Or maybe Iâm just typing to have something to do rn. 
Clicked on the portal and was booted. Now, there are no characters coming up on ANY servers. Any updates? Been dealing with this for 1hr 35minâŚThanks.
As a Alpha/Beta Tester, all I can sayâ Iâm not surprised at all.
got in on area52 did the talked to death knight part of quest then went and click on death gate and bam hit with a dc again time to start the black screen wait time again

They canât respond to level headed questions, because blue posters donât have any idea wtf is going on either. Theyâre not system engineers.
