I can’t log in to any of the new Class Trials I made on the day of the prepatch.
After reading all the comments and finding that the common thread is a hardware issue, is disappointing to say the least. As a returning player from last year, I stopped playing the game, because I felt Blizz/Activision stopped caring about content. None the less, I return to the game with all the hope Shadowlands brings. Only to find out I can’t enjoy the cosmetics in pre-patch…I can run the game without issues at 7/10 graphics…But I can’t see hair or eyes…*Sigh. I really hope this gets resolved, because it feels ridiculous.
I still can not log in. Say trying to retrieve game servers then after about a min or so it logs me out.
Does your system meet minimum system requirements?
Second day now that computer freezes when trying to log into WoW. Ready to ask for a Shadowlands refund. If a patch causes this what would you want to go through when Live?

Ive tried that route.
Has there been any update on this? I get to “Logging into Game Server” and then I’m disconnected. This has been going on since last night when I first tried, around 8:30pm EST.
I don’t need a subscription, right? Like I should still be able to log in to my account and play sub level 20 characters? Thanks
Are you getting Character Not Found or A Character with that Name Already Exists?
If not, that sounds like another matter entirely, Bosshog, and probably should check with Technical Support.
I’m not even able to get to the realm list let alone my characters. Basically can’t get past the log in screen. Thanks
After several failed attempts, I just went and played classic last night. I’m assuming there’s been no change in the situation?
So after the character screen still wouldn’t come up I have decided to reinstall the game.
Are you still getting character not found or other error, Bruuser? Those issues seem to be resolved at the moment so anything else might be a technical issue that needs more active troubleshooting.

I still can’t logon to any toons in zuldazar. I don’t get any errors or character not found messages the game just hangs at a full loading bar and windows gives me a blue spinney circle and an option to close the program or wait for it to respond.

That sounds distinctly technical in nature and probably needs a more tech savvy hand than mine to help with. I’d recommend visiting our Technical Support forum as they should be able to better help there .
I’m not sure if all the log in issues from yesterday are resolved, but I’m going to lock this thread so that folks with other issues can head over to tech and we don’t confuse the various symptoms.
